Return Refund & Exchange

GENERAL

If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase and looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 15 days of placing your order. You can return your product for online store credita different product, or a refund to the original payment method; in case of COD we will return money to the bank account (provided by you upon our request).

All the orders that we ship are carefully packed so that the product retains its quality and reaches you in good shape. We make sure your order is sealed and discreet.

 

At Choupette.in, we make sure that your orders reach you in time. For this we are associated with trusted shipping partners who work 24/7 to help us ship packages as quickly as possible. There are some facts related to our shipping policy that you must be aware of before placing an order with us.

 

Shipping Charges:
Shipping is free anywhere in India.

 

International Shipping:
International shipping is possible. The number of days for delivery can increase due to delay in customs processing at the destination country.

International Delivery, will be chargeable. If we have local partner in your country we will redirect you to him so that you can get your shipment faster and cheaper.

 

International Customs Charges:
Some destination countries charge customs on the shipments. All customs charges, local taxes and delivery company`s processing fees for clearing customs is to be borne by the customer.

 

Tampered, Damaged or Opened Packages:
If you receive a shipment that seems tampered, damaged or opened - please do not accept that shipment. Take a photo of the shipment and get in touch with our customer care team at +918800403884 or email us at wecare@choupette.in

 

Cash On Delivery (COD):
You will find the COD payment option on the shopping cart page based on the shipping address pin code.

Time taken to deliver your order:


Delivery times are usually as follows:

  1. Within India - your order should reach you in 2 - 5 business days from the date of dispatch.
  2. Outside India – approximately 5-10 business days

 

We take full responsibility in case the items purchased do not correspond to the description on our website. Images on the website are professionally clicked, however there can be a slight colour variation compared to the actual products based on the system settings one is using.

To be eligible for a return or exchange**, the purchased item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept products which are missing parts such as buttons, zips, or properly placed tags, or which are stained, washed, worn, torn, damaged, faulty, or otherwise defective for reasons not due to our error. To complete your return or to replace your item, we require an original receipt or proof of purchase.

**Socks, Stockings, Undergarments & Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.

**No return or exchange on sale products or on promotional campaigns

If you believe your item is eligible for return, online store credit, or exchange for the same or other item, send us an email to wecare@choupette.in (to expedite the process please provide relevant information including order number, purchase date and payment method utilized). Once we receive your request, we will then provide you with further instructions on how to proceed. Upon our preliminary approval and authorization you can send your item(s) to the address from where the item was initially sent or to return to our store.

 

SHIPPING OF RETURNED OR EXCHANGED ITEMS

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Socks, Stockings, Undergarments & Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.

- No return or exchange on sale products or on promotional campaigns.

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the item you return or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

If you are shipping an item priced over Rs. 5000, you should consider using a trackable/traceable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We do NOT guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.

 

REFUNDS / EXCHANGE (IF ELIGIBLE)

Once your item is received and inspected, we send you an email to notify you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of return, refund or exchange. If you are approved for an exchange we will contact you for additional details. New items will be shipped to the address provided within a reasonable time.

If you are approved for a store credit we will initiate the store credit immediately upon receipt of the items. You will then have the credited funds available for your use toward any desired items existing in our online store.

If you are approved for refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment source within a certain amount of days. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted based on the circumstances.

If you have been approved for return but haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your bank or credit card company again. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please email us.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GIFTS(IF ELIGIBLE)

All the above mentioned provisions of this policy are equally applicable to return, refund, exchange or online store credit of gifts.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, and was shipped directly to you, upon our approval (see above), you’ll be accordingly eligible, an exchange, or a store credit for the value of the gift you had received.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will deal with the gift giver directly, and will notify you about our decision in regard to the approval or rejection of the return, refund, exchange, or store credit requested.

Cancellation of the order

An order can be cancelled until the order is dispatched,. Please call us on +918800403884 or email us at wecare@choupette.in to cancel your order. If the order is shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
